Dimitra Bobori is the Director of the Laboratory of Ichthyology since 2013. She serves as a full-time faculty member at the school of Biology, since 2005 and from 2010 she holds a position as the President of the Management Body of Lakes Koronia – Volvi (National Park, Natura 2000 protected area).
She has research interests on freshwater fish fauna, fish biology and ecology, conservation and management of rivers and lakes, aquatic pollution and ecotoxicology.
She has participated in 34 projects and coordinated 7 more, that focused mainly on freshwater fish monitoring and conservation, aquatic ecosystem management and modeling. She has served as a national expert in the Mediterranean GIG for lake fish-intercalibration exercise (2008), and as a national expert in the Thematic Working group meeting for the development of a transboundary monitoring system in the Prespa Lakes Watershed (2009). She is member of the editorial board of 3 journals.
She has (co) authored 33 peer-reviewed journal articles, 2 book chapters, 1 fish guide and over 140 other publications (i.e. conference proceedings, special publications, technical reports, newspaper and magazine articles).Her publications received 321 citations (h-index=13) (google scholar, 8/2016).

Dimitra Bobori is the Director of the Laboratory of Ichthyology since 2013. She serves as a full-time faculty member at the school of Biology, since 2005 and from 2010 she holds a position as the President of the Management Body of Lakes Koronia – Volvi (National Park, Natura 2000 protected area).
She has research interests on freshwater fish fauna, fish biology and ecology, conservation and management of rivers and lakes, aquatic pollution and ecotoxicology.
She has participated in 34 projects and coordinated 7 more, that focused mainly on freshwater fish monitoring and conservation, aquatic ecosystem management and modeling. She has served as a national expert in the Mediterranean GIG for lake fish-intercalibration exercise (2008), and as a national expert in the Thematic Working group meeting for the development of a transboundary monitoring system in the Prespa Lakes Watershed (2009). She is member of the editorial board of 3 journals.
She has (co) authored 33 peer-reviewed journal articles, 2 book chapters, 1 fish guide and over 140 other publications (i.e. conference proceedings, special publications, technical reports, newspaper and magazine articles).Her publications received 321 citations (h-index=13) (google scholar, 8/2016).

Dimitra Bobori is the Director of the Laboratory of Ichthyology since 2013. She serves as a full-time faculty member at the school of Biology, since 2005 and from 2010 she holds a position as the President of the Management Body of Lakes Koronia – Volvi (National Park, Natura 2000 protected area).
She has research interests on freshwater fish fauna, fish biology and ecology, conservation and management of rivers and lakes, aquatic pollution and ecotoxicology.
She has participated in 34 projects and coordinated 7 more, that focused mainly on freshwater fish monitoring and conservation, aquatic ecosystem management and modeling. She has served as a national expert in the Mediterranean GIG for lake fish-intercalibration exercise (2008), and as a national expert in the Thematic Working group meeting for the development of a transboundary monitoring system in the Prespa Lakes Watershed (2009). She is member of the editorial board of 3 journals.
She has (co) authored 33 peer-reviewed journal articles, 2 book chapters, 1 fish guide and over 140 other publications (i.e. conference proceedings, special publications, technical reports, newspaper and magazine articles).Her publications received 321 citations (h-index=13) (google scholar, 8/2016).
